The short version: we price by email, you approve a proof, we print what you approved and deliver it free to UK mainland addresses.
How are quotes and prices set?
Every order is priced by email before anything is made. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless the quote says otherwise. A quote states how long its price holds.
What does approving a proof mean?
We send a free design proof. By approving it, you confirm the wording, artwork, size, material, finish, format and quantity. We print what you approve.
Printing and delivery
Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after approval. Delivery is free and tracked to UK mainland addresses and usually takes 2 to 3 working days. Timings are typical rather than guaranteed; tell us about firm deadlines before approving.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your quote. No payment is taken on this website.
Your artwork
You confirm that you have the right to use the logos, images and wording you send. You remain the owner of your artwork; we use it only to fulfil your orders.
Reprints and refunds
Labels are made to order. Misprints or damage reported within 10 days of delivery are reprinted or refunded, as set out on our reprints and refunds page.

When does an order become binding?
When you approve the proof and the price.
Are your prices shown with VAT?
Prices exclude VAT unless your quote says otherwise.
Can I cancel after approving the proof?
Tell us at once. Once printing starts, costs already incurred may be charged.
Who owns the artwork I send?
You do. We use it only for your orders.
What if my artwork uses someone else's logo?
You must have the right to use it. We may decline artwork we believe infringes rights.
Are delivery times guaranteed?
They are typical. Tell us about firm deadlines before approving.
Can terms differ for large orders?
Any different terms are set out on your quote.
What law applies to these terms?
The law of England and Wales.
How do I raise a complaint?
