What happens after I send the quote form?
We read it, work out the price and lay out a proof. Both come back by email within one working day.
Do I have to know the exact label size?
No. Tell us the container and we will suggest a size on the proof.
Can I ask for prices at two quantities?
Yes. Put both in the message box and we price each one.
Is the quote binding?
No. You are free to change details or not go ahead once you see the price and proof.
Which file types can I upload with the form?
PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG, up to 3 MB. Larger files can follow by email.
Can I get a quote for stickers and labels together?
Yes. List each item and we price them all on one quote.
Will someone call me about my quote?
Only if you ask. We reply by email, and you can call or WhatsApp us any time.
How long is a quote valid?
The quote states how long the price holds. Ask us if you need longer.
Can I get a quote without artwork?
Yes. Price it on size, material and quantity, and send artwork when it is ready.
