What happens when I send my design?
Your request reaches our team with the photo, your logo placed where you left it and the original logo file. A designer uses that as a guide, sets your logo up to scale on the real label artwork in the size and material you chose, and emails you a free proof with the price within one working day.
The photo is a preview, not the final artwork. The proof shows exactly what will be printed, and nothing goes to print until you approve it.
Tips for a clear preview
- Use a PNG with a transparent background if you have one
- Darker logos show best on pale labels, and the other way round
- Keep the logo inside the label area on the photo
- Use the size slider rather than stretching the file
- Add the label size in mm if you know it
Can I send more than one design?

Is the photo exactly how my label will look?
It is a preview. The free proof shows the real artwork at full size before printing.
Which logo files work best for the preview?
PNG with a transparent background, JPG or SVG, up to 3 MB.
Can I move the logo with the keyboard?
Yes. Select the logo and use the arrow keys; hold Shift to move faster.
What does the size slider do?
It sets the logo width as a share of the photo, so you can judge proportions.
Does sending a design commit me to an order?
No. You get a price and a proof first and decide then.
Can a designer tidy up my logo?
If it is simple, yes. We show any redrawn version on the proof.
Why does my logo look see-through on the photo?
The preview blends it with the label so it looks printed. The proof shows true colours.
Can I use Design Your Label on a phone?
Yes. Drag the logo with your finger and use the slider to size it.
What if my label is not shown in the photos?
Pick the closest one and tell us the product and size in the form.
