How do I place an order?
Send the quote form or email us. Once you approve the proof and the price, we print.
Is there an online checkout?
No. Every order is priced by email first, so you know the exact cost before anything is made.
How long does printing take?
3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free and tracked to UK mainland addresses.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 3 working days after printing.
Can I change my order after approving the proof?
Tell us at once. Before printing starts we can change it; afterwards it becomes a new run.
What artwork do you need?
A PDF, AI, EPS or SVG is best. High-resolution PNG and JPG files also work.
Do you check spelling on my labels?
We point out anything we notice, but please read every word on the proof yourself.
What is your returns policy for labels?
Labels are made to order. Misprints or damage reported within 10 days are reprinted or refunded.
Can I reorder the same labels later?
Yes. We keep your approved artwork, so a reorder needs only the quantity.
What are your office hours?
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm UK time.
Do you sell labels from your office?
No. Orders are handled by email, phone and WhatsApp and delivered to you.
