Timings
Your quote and proof come back by email within one working day. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof. Free tracked UK mainland delivery takes 2 to 3 working days after that, so allow around a week and a half from first email to labels in hand.

Where do we deliver?
We deliver to addresses on the UK mainland only. If your address is not on the mainland, please contact us before ordering.
How labels are packed
- Rolls stand upright so their edges are not crushed
- Sheets travel flat between stiff card
- Each design and quantity is marked on its pack
- You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves
What if something goes wrong?
If a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, tell us. Misprints or damage reported within 10 days are reprinted or refunded. See our reprint and refund policy for the details.

Is delivery really free?
Yes. Tracked delivery to UK mainland addresses is free on every order.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We email it when your parcel leaves.
Can you deliver to a different address from the invoice?
Yes. Give us the delivery address with your order.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Deliveries usually arrive on working days.
Can I collect my labels?
Orders are delivered. We do not offer collection from the office.
What if nobody is in when the parcel arrives?
The carrier will leave a note or try again. Use the tracking link to rearrange.
Can you split one order across two addresses?
Possibly. Mention both addresses when you ask for a price and we will confirm.
How are large roll orders sent?
In sturdy boxes, rolls upright, sometimes across more than one parcel.
Is my delivery date guaranteed?
Timings are typical. If you have a firm deadline, tell us before you approve the proof.
Can I pay extra for faster delivery?
Ask us. We will tell you on the quote whether anything quicker is possible.
