The details you give us in forms, emails, calls and messages: your name, email, phone number, business name, delivery address and the files you upload, such as logos and artwork. We also keep a record of your quotes and orders.
Why do we use it?
- To price your labels and send a proof
- To print and deliver your order
- To answer your questions
- To keep records the law requires, such as invoices
Who sees it
Our team, and the services that help us run the business, such as email hosting, our website host and the delivery carrier, who receives your delivery address. We do not sell your details.
How long we keep it
Quote and order records for as long as we need them for your orders and our accounts. Artwork is kept so you can reorder easily; ask and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email info@thecustomlabels.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Do you sell my details to anyone?
No.
Do you keep my logo files?
Yes, so reorders are easy. Ask and we will delete them.
Will you send me marketing emails?
Not unless you ask us to.
Does this website use cookies?
Only those needed for the site and the chat to work.
Who receives my delivery address?
Our delivery carrier, so they can bring your parcel.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
Email info@thecustomlabels.co.uk and we will confirm when it is done.
Is my artwork shared with other customers?
Never. It is used only for your orders.
How are my uploaded files sent to you?
They are attached to the email our form sends to our team.
Can I see what data you hold about me?
Yes. Email us and we will send a copy.
Who can I complain to about my data?
Us first, and the Information Commissioner's Office if you are not satisfied.
Tell us what the label goes on
